Definitions:

PU - Personal Use

CU4PU - Commercial use for Personal Use - You can use my products to make items to sell but those items must be for personal use only.

It is good form to include a Terms Of Use and Credits with you project. This ensures that the people using what you have created understand any limitations there are upon their use and have an easily accessible copy of those requirements. By giving credit you reduce the chances of someone reporting you for a supposed copyright violation. An example of appropriate credit is - The scrap element *scrap element name* was made by *designers name* and a link if possible.

My PU TOU

My terms of use are very simple.

Personal use only :)

Please keep all file names intact.

Please share only the link to my store pringleenterprise.etsy.com or my blog for downloads.

YOU MAY NOT:

(a) claim my products as your own.

(b) sub-license, re-sell, rent, lend, or otherwise distribute my products;

(d) Make any altered or otherwise into patterns, styles, tubes, brushes, templates or scripts, grey scale or otherwise and redistribute them in any way, freebies included.

(e) use my images with adult content, for unlawful or other immoral purposes, for spreading hate or

discrimination, or to defame or victimize other people, societies, cultures.

CU4PU

You MAY:

(a) Use use these items to create your own scrap kits, scrap for hire pages, element packs, quick pages, brag book pages, etc. You may sell the items you create (unless greyscale - see point f). With the exception of scrap kits and element packs, finished products should be a single layer file.

(b) You can modify to suit your designing needs.

(c) Make sure that credit is given to All for HIS Glory ~ Crafts by Chris pringleenterprise.etsy.com and is included in your TOU.

You MAY NOT

(a) NONE Of my items can be used for obscene, defamatory, or immoral works or any other purpose which is prohibited by law.

(b) Use the final image for anything other than digital designs, this means No T-shirts, mugs, key chains, jewelery etc.

(d) Offer in layers, finished product must be merged.

(e) Resell my products in their original design.

(f) De-saturate or alter any of my graphics to Gray Scale to resell them as Templates.

(g) Claim as your own.

(h) Put them into other CU formats (brushes, tubes, templates etc.)

(i) Share or redistribute this product, in part or whole, in any way. This includes cd/dvd, graphic collections, email, group or website links.

(j) Re-upload to any file share site EXCEPT for the sole purpose of back up files.

(k) When creating Quick Pages e Digital Photobooks the final product needs to be saved as .png or .jpg format with no individual layers or elements files.

(l)If you are unsure in anyway about your usage, or it is not listed don't assume its allowed, please contact me at pringleenterprise@gmail.com outlining your use.
